payable to a bank, payable in monthly installments of $6,000 plus interest
equal to 3.00% per annum in excess of LIBOR (effective rate of 3.28%) through August
2014 when the remaining unpaid principal and interest become due and
payable. This note was paid off in full subsequent to period end. (see
