Energy Recovery, Inc. Announces Date of Earnings Call and Webcast for
First Quarter 2010 Financial Results and Second Quarter 2010 Investor

(Nasdaq:ERII), a leader in the design and development of energy recovery devices for desalination, announced today that it will release its first quarter results for fiscal 2010 on Thursday, May 6, 2010, after the market close. The Company will host a conference call for investors on Thursday, May 6, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. PT.
